Use of the Tag-world.com service is only permitted if you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Tag-world.com is not liable for any loss or damage to the user or equipment or third parties as a result of use of the service.
Although downtime is exceedingly minimal, Tag-world.com cannot be held responsible for losses as a result of any downtime.
Tag-world.com cannot be held responsible for any material on any Tag-world.com that is in breach of copyright or in violation of any other law. Tag-world.com owners are responsible for monitoring the content of their individual Tag-world.com.

The privacy and security of material submitted to any Tag-world.com cannot be guaranteed. Tag-world.com does not guarantee that a recent backup of Tag-world.com posts is available in the event of equipment failure.
Tag-world.com is not responsible for the content of any Tag-world.com. The views expressed by Tag-world.com users are not necessarily those of the service administrators.
Tag-world.com reserves the right to remove or modify the content of any Tag-world.com if it deems such action necessary. Tag-world.com is not, however, obliged to remove offending content, unless relevant law determines that it is.

The Tag-world.com may not be displayed on any website deemed unlawful by any U.S. state or federal law.
Basic (free) Tag-world.com is ad-supported. Adverts must be visible to third party visitors & configurations that obscure or render invisible the adverts are not permitted.
The 'get one' link must be visible on all Basic Tag-world.com.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in deletion of the offending account.

Tag-world.com retains the right to cease provision of service to any user for any reason, without prior notice.
If provision of service to a Premium (paid) user is ceased, the user may receive a refund of all unused credit, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
If a Premium Tag-world.com user wishes to cease using the service, a refund will only be issued if notification is received by Tag-world.com within 30 days of the date of payment.

Tag-world.com reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
